When looking out in the world, it is easy to get distracted by appearances. Creating labels and stories about what is good and evil. But before all that opinion there’s just looking, hearing, experiencing. Experiencing is that what is there before the little “I” with its’ limited opinions, confusion and fear enters the room, and makes a mess. Experiencing is still there when the little “I’ has left.
